| Haven't posted in a long time.
No news for Ruixin.
Struggling hard to get good grades this semester.
Got an 100 on the last Differential Equations Midterm - bringing my average grade to 99%  .
It was a good dull life for Ruixin.

| So I took a bath today. No, not a shower, a bath. It feels good to have the hot water run through your body as you lay there, head down, still, motionless, and relaxed in thought.
The last time I took a bath I could not reach the two opposite ends of the tub. I was at Florida then, less than 12 years old. Alas, the memories. I used to play with toy ships vs. rubber duckies there, try to do handstands in the water, create tub tidal waves and pretend I was sinking the Titanic (which was the composed of a single compartment shampoo bottle with the top screwed off).
I still remember the first time I took a bath (we didn't have a bathtub back when I lived in China). It was the first week I moved to America. I remember when my father would hold the back of my head and let me down into the water, trying to persuade me to lay down, trying to convince me that everything would be ok, to trust him. I was six then. I was scared, I refused, but eventually gave in. A flashback, as I slowly laid my head in the back of the tub. My legs too long now. My father thousands of miles away.
As I sit there, idlely, sinking my last Titanic, the shampoo spilled out, creating soap bubbles in the tub. "The ship's on fire...", I convinced myself.
